1. Introduction

Welcome to Height Maintenance Limited ('we', 'our', 'us'). These Terms and Conditions ('Terms') govern your use of our website, services, and participation in our height maintenance training programs. By accessing our website or enrolling in our training, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

2. Eligibility

Participants must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your country).
Participants must be medically fit, physically fit and unaffected by any medical condition that may prevent them from undertaking their training requirements and performing any manoeuvre required during training and assessment.
We reserve the right to refuse service if safety standards or health requirements are not met.

3. Acknowledgement of Risks

Working at height, including rope access and related activities, involves inherent risks, including but not limited to falls, equipment failure, and environmental hazards.
By participating in our training, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with these activities.
You agree to follow all safety procedures and instructions provided by our trainers.

4. Safety Compliance

You must wear all required personal protective equipment (PPE) during training sessions.
Unsafe or reckless behavior may result in immediate removal from training without a refund.
Alcohol, drugs, or any substances impairing judgment are strictly prohibited.

5. Payment & Refund Policy

Full payment is required to confirm your training booking.
Payments made are non-refundable. A NO Show on assessment day will attract 100% of total cost of training.

6. Certification

Certificates will be issued only to participants who successfully meet training requirements and pass assessments.
We reserve the right to withhold certification if safety standards are not met.

7. Intellectual Property

All training materials, manuals, videos, and other content remain our property.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our materials for commercial purposes without written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

Participants are asked to provide their own clothing suitable for rope access works (close fitting with full leg and arm covering). Overalls are ideal, and stout footwear is recommended. Please remove any jewellery or exposed piercings etc prior to the course start each day.
We are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage incurred during or after training, except where required by law.
This limitation applies even if we have been advised of possible risks.

9. Website Use

You may use our website only for lawful purposes.
You must not attempt to hack, damage, or interfere with our website's functionality.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Lagos State, Nigeria.
